Education happens within the context of a larger community. Our approach extends beyond the school to help ensure students have the necessary support to do their best learning.

To significantly reduce the dropout rate, the innocence of teen pregnancy, substance abuse, negative preparation, and low self-esteem in our program, participants will become skillful in learning techniques to become successful adolescents.

All Methods Employed Operate Under The 4A Philosophy.

Attitude: A mental position concerning a fact or a state; a feeling or emotion concerning a point or a state, in one’s posture on life.

Attendance: The commitment one makes to be present and on time for school and work. To apply the mind or pay attention.

Accountability: Voluntary refusal to give in to specific cravings or indulgences. The decision to deny oneself the immediate pleasure of indulging in certain things. For example, the decision a teenager makes to refuse to have sex until marriage and use drugs. Delayed gratification can and does ensure success.

Academic: Formal study in an environment of learning (Preparing for College, Trade School, The Military, or the Workforce). Think about your future, what do you see for yourself?
