Restoration Involvement Project Inc is a certified 501 (c) 3 non-profit that services the Atlanta Metro community. Our mission is to assist in developing young adults for the job industry while reinventing life skills that focus on work ethic in all prospective clients. Therefore, we are preparing them to impact society in whichever endeavor they desire to pursue positively.

 The mission is to provide clients with job information linked to a direct source providing hourly wages. Furthermore, RIP supports clients with writing resumes and cover letters, equipping them with tools to be successful while seeking employment.

 Our Teen division of Restoration Involvement Project (TRIP) has been created to significantly reduce the dropout rate, incidents of teen pregnancy, substance abuse, negative community interactions, and low self-esteem in our program participants. At the same time, we are helping to increase the life success rate of adolescents.
